When involved in an accident, it is our commitment to provide Adirondack members with appraisal options for

With our Direct repair program, members can choose a convenient repair shop which can start repairs immediately
without needing a prior appraisal. All repair facilities associated in our direct repair program are fully
licensed, maintain the highest degree of professionalism and are qualified to complete any auto repairs you
might need. You always have the right to use a repair facility of your choice.
Members receive services which includes up to $100 of coverage for jump-starts, tire changes, fuel delivery,
key retrieval and towing assistance — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Emergency Claim Response
If you experience a water, smoke or fire loss, our Emergency Response Program deploys adjusters to help

hours after you report the damage and will be on-site within four hours after your initial report.
